Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies happen, and schedules can change, therefore, we strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining the quality and integrity of our workshops. If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so up to 72 hours before the start of the scheduled workshop to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time of the workshop will not be eligible for credit or refund. Failure to provide notice, or not attending the class without prior communication, will result in the forfeiture of any payments made.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact Icene Arts, as soon as possible, so that we may assist you.
In the rare event that we must cancel, or reschedule, a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability or emergency, severe weather, etc.), registered participants will be offered the choice of a full refund, or the option to attend a replacement workshop, at no cost.
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality workshops and ensuring that our workshops run smoothly for all participants.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the workshop are not eligible for a refund; however, participants may receive a workshop credit (less an administration fee) that can be applied to a future session of equal to or lesser value, if the place can be filled by another participant.

“No shows” and same day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of all payments, with no refund or credit available.

Refunds are not available for partially attended workshops, or if a participant voluntarily leaves, or is asked to leave due to disruptive behaviour, or failure to meet workshop participation requirements.

Materials, supplies, merchandise, or any other items purchased during workshop sessions are not eligible for refunds.
This policy ensures fairness to all participants and allows us to maintain the integrity of our scheduling and instruction.
